I was raised Roman Catholic, & never had a problem with it until I started meeting people who very lovingly explained that we were deceived and going to burn in hell for our Catholic Faith. Wow! I sure didn't want that to happen!!

So we tried other Christian denominations: Southern Baptist, Assembly of God, Church of God, United Methodist, Evangelical, Charismatic, Non-denominational, Nazarene, you-name-it!

All of them had something to offer. But every year, I got so homesick for the Catholic Church, so I would go back to Mass during Lent & Advent. I would get my "fix", as it were, then go back to whatever Protestant church we were attending.

I was convinced I could never go home to the RCC, because I'd bought all the lies about the Catholic Church: "They worship Mary"; "Confession is a Medieval control technique."; "They worship the saints, & that's idol worship"; "The Pope is actually Anti-Christ"; "It's a religion of works, not grace", and so on.

But two years ago, on one of my Lenten visits, my husband & sons went with me. After that, one-by-one, they all came to me and told me they loved it, and each one informed me that he wanted to go back to the RCC, whether I did or not.

I balked!! I told them it wasn't like they could just make the "Altar Call" and "get saved". They didn't care. There were willing to do whatever it took. So, we went "Home to Rome" in 2005. Please understand that I did a lot of praying & researching first. So, if anyone wants to save my soul, thank you! I always accept prayer! (But by Fundamentalist Definition, I *am* already saved!) If anyone wants a Biblical explanation for what the RCC teaches, email me! But please don't attack me for the way God has called our family to serve and worship Him! We answer to God, not people.

Thanks for reading!
